The driver was depicted as very prompt and helpful by the shipper on pick-up. A courtesy was extended for inside cab storage of an item that would not fit within the vehicle.

The vehicle arranged on time, though one day behind original scheduled delivery date (bad weather?). Vehicle was in great condition, though shipper could have secured engine better (not a transporter fault). Driver placed vehicle exactly where requested and in a very professional manner. Total process took less than twenty minutes.

I definitely would recommend this transporter to anyone looking for a value driven, professional job. I operate a courier/package business myself and know the value of reliable and honest contractors.

On the critical side: I was a bit naive in thinking Montway would be the delivering carrier. The job was sub-contracted out to another company, which is only a surprise and not a bad thing. Speaking with the Montway reps at time of booking was a bit confusing as command of English was not the best, though they were very thorough and repeated items of importance to getting the job assigned properly. Handling of payment was very easy and quick, with confirmation numbers for everything except final payment upon delivery to the driver. At that point, I had the item in possession and a copy of my cashier's check as proof of payment, so there are no worries.

In summary, the entire process was relatively pain free and quick. The independent contractor did a great job representing Montway Transport.
