They move fast! I called the shipper to let them know they were coming to pick up the car and he said they were already there! I expected the shipment to take a week to get from Ohio to California and it got here in 4 days! My only minor problem we had was the driver said he was tired but he was going to try to make it anyway, but he didn't show that night. He did show up the next day at 5:45 am - but we stayed up until 1 am waiting for him. We called and left a message once but didn't hear back. Everyone is human and needs to sleep so I wasn't mad, but my suggestion would be to give us that one final phone call saying he wasn't going to make it that same night. I would definitely use them to ship again.
