I am pleased with the overall service provided by my shipper MontWay. I had two issues with their service. First, they responded with their bid and I accepted their bid which was the lowest. I sent them a detailed email with all the necessary information on the whereabouts to pick up the car, contact, directions,etc. After a week of not having an update I called back and they mentioned that this is an unusual route and it is taking longer to find a transporter. A few days later they called me back and informed me they had a transporter and it would cost me an additional $200. Because I was scheduled to leave my area for two weeks, I accepted this condition. The second issue was with MontWay's office hours. My car was picked up on a Thursday evening and delivered the following Monday evening. I had trouble reaching the transporter on Sunday for awhile and MontWay was not able to help me since they closed and had no on-call person.
