The time from when I placed the order to when the car was delivered was less than a week even though the time promised was up to 2 weeks or more. Uship contacted me at all the contact points I provided and left me the e-mails they promised to put me in contact with the driver, Ron Heldt. The driver was polite and efficient on both ends and there was no damage to a fairly old vehicle that was not in great shape body-wise to begin with. I would use Montway again if the need arises.
