From the beginning Monstar AT was extreamly helpful and if I had a question and they were out, Letty would call me first thing in the morning. They scedualed pick up and had a driver ready but my truck was not done at the shop so they rescedualed without any problems. We had no trouble and they did not hassle us for the deposit (which was reasonable). I cannot say enough about the quality of drivers they assign; my grandfather died while my truck was in-route and the driver changed his whole trip work around the funeral. I was very satisfied and would recomend Monstar to my family any day.
