I in good faith used this website to help me select a carrier. My last carrier experience was horrific, and I was hoping for better. My experience with Monstar Auto Transport broker using GSI carriers was EXCEPTIONAL. Letty (at Monstar) communicated with me every step of the way, she told me approximately when she would call with my carrier information,and my carrier called me that same day to give me 1 week advance notice. My carrier actually arrived early in my time window, and managed to get my car from Philadelphia (in the city) to California in 3 days. The carriers were well dressed, very friendly, easily reached, and contacted my destination 24 hours before my car was meant to arrive.

The quote was very fair. Monstar broker was $150, and GSI carriers was $825. I would absolutely use a broker in the future. Monstar clearly has experience shipping high end cars. My carrier was loaded with high end european cars, so I felt comfortable shipping my car when it arrived.

The carrier took 10 minutes to inspect my car prior to loading, and the process was completed within 10 minutes of them arriving outside my house. I'm not quite sure how they brought the giant truck into the city, but it was very convenient for me.

My car arrived undamaged (I took pictures before it left), and in the same condition as it had been picked up in.

Please feel free to contact me with any inquiries, I just had such a fantastic positive experience that I am in disbelief and I hope others the same, I was prepared for the worst.
