I highly recommend Monstar and would use them again with out hesitation! They exceeded our expectations in price, customer service, timeliness of the dispatch, pickup and delivery. Letty Pena was our contact. Letty was friendly and professional and I did not feel like I was dealing with a "dispatcher" but someone that was truly invested in my transport order. All of my calls were answered promptly as were my emails. the contract process was straight forward and easy including the reasonable deposit fee. The timeframe for the process was amazing. She had a transporter assigned to my order in 1-2 hours. The pickup was scheduled for 3 days later. And he WAS RIGHT ON TIME. The transporter Mr Phillips made contact before the pickup and the delivery exactly as Letty advised us. 12-24 hours before. And he kept us posted to his arrival with an additional call as delivery time was closer. The car left Sacramento Calif on Thurs and arrived in Houston Texas on Sunday RIGHT ON TIME.
From the time I placed the INITIAL phone call to receiving my car was 7 days. The cost was the lowest for a company with five star ratings. A few bids came in slightly lower but reading their reviews I immediately bypassed their service. Thanks again to Monstar for taking the care of us with exceptional customer service!
