I WOULD RATE MY EXPERIENCE WITH MONSTAR AS GREAT BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BECAUSE THE SUV WAS DELIVERED ON TIME. THE SUV I BOUGHT HAD DAMAGE SUSPENSION AND REQUIRED EXTRA EQUIPEMENT TO BE LOAD IT ON THE TRUCK, REGARLESS LETTI AND THE DRIVER SAMI WERE OF GREAT HELP MAKING THE WHOLE PROCESS SMOOTH AND EASY FOR A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER.
