Having a vehicle shipped is stressful, but this transaction happened exactly the way it was explained to me.

I paid for the Guaranteed Delivery, and the car was picked up within a 48hr window of time from my first available date.

The weather was terrible and I had to meet the driver in a Walmart parking lot in a town I had only been in for about 3 weeks at 12:30am. They got the car from GA to WA in 3 days though. It was dirty and they were unable to get the truck to my parents home where I wanted the vehicle delivered, but my parents were able to pick it up at a truck stop about 15-20 minutes away. the driver did offer to unload the vehicle and drive it to their house though.

I understand that the nature of this business doesn't always allow for exact times or pickup and dorp off locations so I was prepared to be flexible about that. I understood that they needed cash on delivery and I had that prepared as well.

Everything happened successfully and based on my experience, I would recommend this company.
