I purchased a vehicle and attempted to get this company to transport it from Indiana to Mobile. I had to call them 3 times to get a hold of them just to get information because they would not call me back. When I finally did get a hold of them, the gentleman I spoke with told me how much his drives hated coming to mobile or pensacoula and acted like he did not want to do it. We finally settled on a price of 700.00 I told him I would call back with the details of the transfer. Monday morning called 5 times no answer, finally called and reached them Monday afternoon, gentleman told me "yeah I got your message to call back but I'm to busy call back later" Called back and left another message asking them to call me back, all tuesday, wed, no call. Finally called Direct Express Auto Transport and got a quote for 575.00. 125 dollars cheaper. Direct Express were total professionals, emailed me the assigned truck number, driver was in contact every step of the way. True professionals. I will never use Mitten in the future. This guy wanted it his way or no way and we just could not make him happy....if you look at a few other reviews, we do take care of our customers.
