They will offer you the best quoted price and when they get you to sign (WITH THE AVAILABLE DATES) They come back with drivers available outside of your request and uncharged to new drivers with different dates. All requirements are listed on the contract but they will come up with new dates and new availability to get you to adjust while adding more to the cost.
