Michael made this whole move painless. I am currently serving in Afghanistan and purchased a vehicle out of state online. I contacted MANY movers and Milky Way was BY FAR the least expensive quote. I called Mr. Bennie and he walked me through the whole process and was very honest about what to expect. 5 days from the earliest shipping date I was contacted by Mr. Bennie via email and told the truck was loaded and headed to NY. He was very good about contacting me when anything happened from the order to movement process. The professionalism of Milky Way was amazing. I am still receiving what I consider SPAM emails from carriers that I advised to stop contacting me. Mr. Bennies small business and hands on approach makes his company a great choice.
