I worked with Charlie Diaz to ship my 5th wheel RV trailer from Nevada to Ohio. A shortage of carriers during my desired shipment window caused approximately a 15% greater cost than the original estimate, but the contracted shipper did an outstanding job of getting my trailer to the destination earlier than the estimated delivery date. Charlie's efforts to secure a carrier during this shortage were very much appreciated and allowed me to meet other obligations. Thank you very much.
