Scheduled pickup for 30-31 Oct, after paying $200 deposit with $300 remainder to be paid at delivery. Did not hear from them. Called multiple times to customer service with no answer. Finally was able to reach them and car was picked up on 12 Nov. When it arrived at its destination 3 days later, driver demanded $450. We refused and told customer service to sort it out. Car was eventually released to us. We would not recommend this service.
