We explained that shipping around Christmas and new year can be challenging and logistics involved. The carrier we did locate wouldnt commit to the dates you requested (right before Christmas 12/24). We did finally got the confirmed date of 12/28-12/29. Once we called you, you hung up and said "you d drive it instead". We then canceled your order and were under the impression that you understood that it was quite difficult and we did the best we could within the short notice we were provided. As our company policy NOTHING WAS CHARGED UPFRONT, therefore the only thing that you lost was time. As far as quote variance, your original rate was $ 480 and the counter offer was $ 510 total.
