Reno to Virginia Excellent Service

We received excellent service on the transport of our vehicle from Reno to Norfolk Virginia. We had been informed by numerous Auto Transporters that Reno is a difficult area to schedule but Eric Rezner had contacts that made the pickup timely. We had a tough time frame...my daughter was home on leave for Christmas and needed her auto back in Virginia the first week of January before she was deployed again, so our window was a little restrictive. Although we had to drive the vehicle to Sacramento for the pickup the fee was reduced and the driver met us at a very convenient location. We were in direct contact with the driver and the pickup was seemless. We were quoted 7 days but the auto was delivered two days early which was excellent. My daughter asked the driver to deliver near the Base instead of the address which was given and they kindly obliged. We will definately use Mercury Transport again when my daughter gets to come home!!
