I achieved my quotes through a google search and came up with what seemed like the best deal. I am a dealer and ship cars year round. Most shippers are signed up on central discpatch where they post their loads. Mercery (Brian) told me they shop for better rates than he quoted me if I could wait till next week, he never called back, so I called him first of the week, that should have been my first clue. Brian at Mercery told me they would pick up vehicle on Thursday which was 3 day after I needed the vehicle picked up. The vehicle was picked up three days after that, I talked to the hauler and was lied to by Mercery. I was quoted to bring the car to my city and the vehcile was dropped in another city. - - I dont have vehicle as of this message. The hauling company wants their money and I want the car. Mercury has gotten paid and won't return any phone calls from either one of us. DO NOT USE THIS BROKERAGE COMPANY. They are horrible at calling back and worse on customer service, they want your money and then you get no help for anything. Shop somewhere else, I still don't have my Mercedes and Mercury wont call me or the hauler back.
The original quote was for $750.00 Mercury raised the haul to $775.00 at the last minute.
