Wow! Talk about fast, reliable, and caring service! I spoke with Eric Rezner at Mercury who immediately went to work on acquiring a carrier to transport our car. Eric said he would get back with me by the afternoon of the day we spoke, and he called within 2 hours. He secured a carrier for that evening, and transferred me to Brian who handled the paperwork with professionalism. The carrier showed up on time, took precautions with my car, and called me daily along the way for progress reports. The car arrived on time at its new destination, carefully unloaded and I received a text from George at Playmaker Transport that the car was delivered, as I was not at the destination.

Eric at Mercury truly cared that I needed help to get this car moved, and I was not just another"auto" to him. Would I recommend them....in a minute! Don't even bother with another company...Mercury is the best! I was dealing with another company prior to Mercury who continues to make false promises and never came through. Mission accomplished!
