Michael and Matt arranged for an excellent carrier to transport my INOPERABLE vehicle. They communicated well with the carrier ( Maximum Auto Transport) and the driver called me and kept me informed every step of his way. The car was picked up within an hour of when the driver said he would be there and the driver arrived within 15 minutes of the time he said he would be there. He called 2 hrs in advance of arrival. Very good experience with Mercury Auto Transport Service. There were some problems with the email communications, but they were easily worked out. Thanks also t Jim Godze, Mercury's dispatch manager for his help. I will definitely use these guys again! These guys price quote was one of the lowest that i received, but their customer service really made the difference. They actually found me a LOWER price for my transport than what was in their original quote! Thanks again to Michael, Matt, and Jim at Mercury Auto Transport.
