Poor Communications

Lisa was extremely helpful in arranging Transportation. My disappointment came from the lack of communication from the transpotor that Mercury arranged. They first put me on the "elevator" because the Carrier "had to go out of his way" to detour to Fort Myers from Orlando. After repeated attempts to contact our driver, I found out that the carriers home base was here in Fort Myers.

My car was picked up in Holland Michigan on time, and was expecting an int transit time of 3-5 days. After 4 days, I attemted to get an ETA from the Driver and got ahold of the dispatcher here in Fort Myers instead due to bad phone info provided by Mercury. The dispatcher gave me the driver's phone #, but the driver refused to answer or return my calls.

After 3 frustrating days trying to get a delivery comittment for Fri day or Saturday, I finally got a call at 2:00 Pm the following Monday, saying they could deliver my car at 3:00. It showed up on a roll-back as it was only 5 miles from the home base (the one that was out of their way).

Lisa was great, but I was truly disappointed with the lack of communication from the end carrier.
