They seemed nice and explained everything, but after giving them all the information and ALL the time in the world....they still never found a carrier and never would contact me either. It was a pain trying to get someone to answer the phone. Kat NEVER answered the phone but somehow seemed to immediately be able to call me to cancel everythhing and get me out of the system when they saw I was fed up with it and looking around for other quotes again. I gave them about a month and they kept reassuring that soon and next week and next they would find someone to ship it, but after that much time, they never did. The one time they did, they bumped up the price, but I still agreed and even after that they said oops sorry looks like that truck is filled...AFTER it also being a higher price. SO, waited FOREVER for them to find a carrier and they never did and had poor communication!
