I usually do not write reviews for any vendors, but this time I had to. This was my first major moving cross country and I was kind of nervous with shipping my car, but Mercury people really made my job easy. They explained me in detail how the shipping industry works and what are their strategies in shipping the vehicles and they were very helpful with any of my questions that I had through out the process. These guys definitely deserve 5 stars in their job. It was my first major moving cross country and the only thing I was nervous about was moving my vehicle, but the day I got my car in CA, I decided to suggest and use their only service in future. They are just the brokers but the carriers that they select to ship the cars is also the best and make sure they have a very good history and a good reputation in the shipping industry. My auto carrier was K-1 Auto Carrier and they too were pretty good at their service.

All I would say is, they have done a very good job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning to ship their cars.
