Before I signed on with Mercury Transport, I did many hours of research including reading hundreds of messages, time on phone calls, Uship, and visits to transportreviews.com and BBB.org.

I was skeptical that the company providing a lower estimate would be so highly rated. Somehow, I thought the price would be changed or delays would ensue or I would be left in the dark about where my vehicle was. All of these things never happened. Quite to the contrary, from the very first call I placed where I spoke with Kyle, she did a fantastic job of educating me and putting my mind at ease. Once I did list my vehicle for intended transport Kyle stepped up and answered all of my questions both via phone and email. And I did send alot of email to her. Each time she responded very quickly with accurate information. I am pleased to have worked with Kyle and would like to have her as my account manager again should the need arise for another transport. My motorcycle was picked up 2 days after I listed it and arrived early in good condition. The whole process was really very easy.
