I recently worked with Michael Skelton to ship my car from New England to California. I was nervous about the process because I found many people online have had bad experiences with different companies. When I was contacted by Michael, i saw online that he had pretty good reviews so I took a chance. He lived up to my hopes - he was attentive, responsive, and nice throughout the process of finding a route. When I was concerned about a shipping truck due to lack of reviews online, he shared thoughts with me that reassured me with his experience. Everything went smoothly and the pricing was good, my car arrived at the perfect time (two days ahead of schedule even). I would definitely recommend Michael Skelton in the future for someone shipping a car across the country. I can't speak to the entire Mercury Auto Transport company as I have only used them once, but Michael was great.
