I worked with Jim Gozde at Mercury. He was 100% professional with text communication and always available when I called directly. The carrier vehicle was clean and in good shape. My BMW X3 was picked up on 7/5 and arrived on 7/11. Much quicker than I expected. Thank you, Jim and Mercury!
