first time shipping a vehicle across the country. it was a good experience. justin explained how the business works and made it clear that i was "the boss" and if i wanted to try to get a lower bid on the move that we could go for it, and offered helpful suggestions on the whole process. at one point i thought about using a different carrier, and everybody at mercury was very helpful in making sure i was comfortable with the carrier that we ended up choosing. overall i think if im shipping a car across the country again, i would definitely use this company again!
