Great experience with a difficult job

Due to a set of unfortunate circumstances, I was forced to leave my converted Promaster camper van in Vermont while I traveled back home to Colorado. To get the van back home, I contacted Mercury Auto Transport based on the reviews on this site, and was not disappointed. Despite it being a pretty large and heavy vehicle, Matthew was able to find a carrier for me within a week, and it was delivered two days later with no problems. Matthew provided great information about how the process worked and what I could expect, and he was very candid and up-front about the cost estimate and kept me up to date as it changed through the bidding process, though it did not end up being much higher than the initial estimate. I was very happy with the information provided, and Matthew struck a great balance of being candid and professional that made the process much smoother than I expected. If I ever needed another vehicle transported I wouldn't hesitate to use Mercury!
