I wish to thank Mercury Auto Transport for the 5 Star treatment we received in having our truck transported from Texas to New Jersey. Our broker representative, Scott Hawley, was wonderful to work with. He walked me through the process and answered every question I had. This was our first time to use an auto transport and if I ever need the service again, I will call Scott Hawley. The driver that picked up our truck was extremely courteous and gave me his phone number to text his location every day while in transport. With all of the scams that are going on in the world today, I also was very skeptical about hiring someone over the internet, in a different state, and being totally ignorant of the transport process. After having a conversation with Scott, he calmed my fears and I chose Mercury. I have zero regrets. The transport rate was affordable and we are happy with the entire process.
