This was only my second time shipping a car cross country, my initial shipment from Ohio with a different carrier was a disaster!! The return shipment I was extremely lucky to hook up with Mercury Transport and their agent Ryan Savage. This Genteman exceeded all my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has to ship a car. Ryan understood my newness in shipping a car and went to great lengths to enlighten me and to insure me. Walked me through every step and I mean every step of the process several times. He always called to update status. This was one of the most customer friendly organizations I have ever worked with and will be using their service again next year to ship my car to Phoenix,
