Jim Gozde was great to work with! He stayed in constant communication with updates via email and phone each day (from 7 days out through pickup). For those of you who don't know (like me) most companies will post your 'contract' on a board for drivers to select. The initial price you are quoted will be the cost for the driver; the transportation broker then takes a fee for arranging the deal; if there's bad weather, it might cost more for a driver to take your contract so keep that in mind.
Anyway, Jim G helped me stay patient when my first pickup window passed due to tough weather in the midwest. I had other companies call me and say they could ship for an extra $800 - Jim calmly asked for me to stay patient, and my truck was picked up the next day with only a $200 increase.
