Holiday nightmares and Christmas Miracles!

I booked my auto transport in October for a late December pick-up. After a call from the auto transport company and assurances the car would be picked up as planned, as well as an email confirmation the following day, the company did a NO SHOW and would not return calls, emails, or texts. It was New Year's weekend. After a Google search, I found Mercury Auto Transport and Kristopher Wolf. Kristopher Wolf not only took my calls over the Holiday weekend, but he also stayed with me! He found a driver and arranged to pick up and deliver. He was aware of my restrictions, my travel plans, and the situation I was put in when the other company did not bother to even return my calls. I was profoundly disappointed in the company I had hired in October. But, sometimes, things work out. I would highly recommend Kristopher Wolf at Mercury Auto Transport. Thank you, Kristopher Wolf!
