I have had cars shipped twice with this brokerage. Both times Misty Stovall arranged the transport. The first time I was working with another company who didn't find a transporter. So, I switched to Mercury and Misty got the two cars picked up in a reasonable amount of time. I was kept informed daily and Misty got the cars picked up for the amount they were posted on the message board. I just shipped another car with Misty and it was picked up the second day that it was available for shipping. I found Misty to be very upfront about how much to offer the transporter, to entice a driver to pick up the car. Beware of any company that gives you too low of a quote. They are usually trying to get you under contract. It probably won't get picked up for the low amount that they are trying to get a transporter to accept. Then those companies get you to raise the amount offered to the drivers to a realistic amount. All the drivers are looking at the same message board listings showing offered amounts. So no brokeragecan get your car picked up for any less than another company. I would highly recommend that you consider this brokerage if you want to really get your car picked up. I have shipped other cars over the years and learned how the transporter business operates. No company can get a driver to pick up the vehicle unless the offer makes sense. I have found working with Misty has been a positive experience both times. If you want to work with someone who is a great communicator and straight forward about costs, then I recommend Misty Stovall at Mercury Transport. Thanks, Scott
