This was my first time transporting a vehicle cross country and when I started out it was stressful trying to pick the right auto transport company. I felt comfortable with Joel Licata, who told me my car would be delivered within 3-4 days from pick-up, most other companies quoted from 7-10 days for delivery. Joel spoke with conviction and sincerity, which led to my trust in him. The car was picked up on a Tuesday in Carlsbad Ca. and arrived in State College PA. early Saturday morning. When we found out there was not a Bank of America in State College, Joel called the transport company and arranged with them for us to pay by Zelle instead of paying with cash. His help was quick and efficient, and my son had the vehicle days sooner than if we had went with another company.
In the future I will be calling Joel for all our transport needs..
