Let's face it. Some operators in this industry are sketchy and have kind of a scam vibe.
I went with Justine Musselman because she wrote informative emails to me about how the process really works and over time I began to trust her.
I actually called often to get ideas of shipping costs of various vehicles and she was most helpful. When it was time to pull the trigger I had already decided on her being my broker.
Soon after my vehicle was on it's way and I got it yesterday. Couldn't be happier. I fully endorse Justine. In today's world it is hard to get great customer service but she is on the ball. I'd use her again without hesitation. Plus based on all my investigation she got me a fair price, lower than many.
The only weird thing was whoever does follow up for Mercury. They said they would contact me as delivery got closer. They didn't, but I had a phone path to the actual driver who was very responsive and kept me apprised of things.
If in doubt call Justine, you will see what I mean.
