This is the first time I am shipping a car and when I signed up through a website, there were too many emails and phone calls.
However one email stood out from the rest, from Eric La Gra, and he had taken the time to explain how the process works so well.
I called Eric and he picked up the phone right away and he answered all my questions.
He found a driver quickly. Eric was always available, answering my TXT messages and/or phone calls and that was key to a great customer experience.
Would highly recommend Eric La Gra!
