I have to commend William Kuchtiak for his professionalism and communication. I needed my car transported half-way across the country, from a pickup location that was a bit challenging to schedule. William was very patient with the process and certain issues that were outside my control. He also explained the logistics of the car transport business, which helped me understand pricing and scheduling. The company also takes great strides in using only the drivers with the best reviews, which gave me lots of confidence in my choice to go with Mercury. The car arrived on schedule, and in perfect condition.
