Ryan from Mercury auto was informative and advised you how it would work without the fluff. Clear and direct. I have discovered most all will sugarcoat time frames. upon a written request many companies ghosted me and did not respond. Ryan from Mercury Auto Transport did not, he wrote back and gave details on the approximate time frames 3-4 days from Texas to Cali. stated was a relatively true date minus possible traffic and unforeseen conditions. James contacted me to pick up the car and it did take 4 days to have it to me. The car was in good condition. They will document the condition at the point of pickup and you go over it at the pickup location. I was skeptical of many of the companies based on the horror stories I have heard from other people who had shipped. However, my experience was GOOD. Ryan and James kept me appraised and the company called to see how I was satisfied throughout the experience.
