This is the second time I've used Mercury and the agent Deb Ciriello. She not only communicated with me directly and daily. She went the extra mile to make sure we got the right driver for the job. The driver was great, even thou the driving conditions for him were not, given the snow and ice he had to deal with. I'll be back!
