I don’t think I can express just how pleased I was with my experience using Mercury. It all comes down to my agent, Lawrence Reeves being absolutely amazing. He answered every question I had and didn’t know to ask. He was proactive and in constant communication. We had some issues with 2 particular drivers not showing up but he worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the issues. He was able to get my car basically shipped same day and it was delivered a day ahead of time. If I ever had to ship a car again, I would only use Mercury and my hope is that I could have the pleasure of working with Lawrence again.
