I want to say thank you to Mercury Auto Transport especially to the broker agent Dean Hawley. Dean was thorough, walked me through the entire process , made sure I had all the company information along with transporters information and licensing. The price remained as bid, with the exception of property with in my vehicle which I was made aware the price would increase accordingly. Driver kept me posted and arrived earlier than originally expected. My vehicle was in the same shape as the day it was loaded. All in all and this not being my first time with a across country transport ,I am extremely pleased with the service from Mercury and Dean. Thank you!
