Great company to deal with. They don’t jerk you around with low ball bids that waste your time and won’t get your load picked up. Great communication with fast and informative responses.
They could improve by making sure that the carrier who picks up the load is pulling it with adequate equipment. I specifically requested at least a class 5 truck to pull my trailer but got a 3/4 ton pickup instead. This was way under rated to pull the weight of the trailer and completely unsafe. Somehow it made it to the destination ok. I know this isn’t Mercury’s problem but if they want to get a perfect 5 star rating they need to figure out a way to ensure the carriers are pulling loads with proper equipment.
