My experience w Mercury was very positive. We got a quote quickly and upon completing paperwork had a pickup/delivery scheduled within a couple days. The bottom line price came in a little under the estimate received. Misty Stovall was in touch throughout the process and was extremely friendly and professional at all times. We had no previous experience with shipping an automobile across the country but Misty provided details along the way so we knew what to expect at every step. She made us very comfortable during what was a bit of a scary process for us.
