I was very impressed with this company. We had never shipped a vehicle across the country before, but Mercury Auto Transport did an excellent job for us. Our rep, Jesus Vega, educated us well on the process and worked to get us a good deal with a reputable trucking company/driver. He was very responsive--both by text and email. When the car arrived, the driver found a place to park his truck nearby and delivered the car to our driveway. He was also professional and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely use Mercury again in the future.
