I recently needed to ship a car to my son who was graduating his training at a USAF tech school. His orders for when he needed to leave that base and arrive at his permanent duty station were quite specific and no delays would have been acceptable. Jim was always available when I called or emailed and kept me updated the whole time which helped me manage my stress levels over this. And we didn’t give him much time to work with either. It was a great experience and I’d come back to Jim and Mercury Transport in a heartbeat if I ever need to ship another vehicle.
