Jay Turek provided honest, complete and outstanding customer service with my transport needs. This was first time I needed transport service and I quickly learned that many in this business were not what they seemed to be. Jay picked up every phone call, responded to all my emails, and quickly resolved any and all questions I needed.He remained in contact with me until I received my vehicle. He performed well beyond what he needed to do as a broker.Can't say enough positive things about Jay. This situation was extremely stressful for me and he made sure all he promised with dates, times, and driver contact was accurate. Thank you again Jay. The best.
