Tess Olivares at Mercury helped me find reasonable transport to ship my car from Columbus to Roanoke. Within 24 hrs of contacting her she had transport set up and it was less than she her original estimate. The car was picked up the next morning in Columbus, OH and delivered to me 7 hrs later in Ranoke, Va. The driver was very polite and professional. I could not be happier with the whole experience.
