This was my first experience transporting vehicles. I was inundated with responses when I indicated on an internet search that I was in the market for a transportation service, however the response from Heather Rollins at Mercury really stood out. Heather provided some pre-ship information for the process that made me feel much more comfortable. The transportation process is quite complicated, but Heather educated me every step of the way! She got me a good rate with an extremely helpful and eager transportation service. My vehicles arrived safe and sound and at the promised date. I was very happy with the experience and will certainly call Heather again if I should ever need vehicle transport in the future!
