Last year, after we expressed interest, we received a comprehensive discussion of the process of booking transportation. Even though we did not book last year we were impressed and saved the contact info.. When we decided to book this year we returned to Mercury auto transport.
The process of booking was clearly explained and promises were kept.
Close to the desired departure date, when we did not have a driver booked, Tracy called me asking if I was willing to raise the offer a little to attract more interest. I was just about to call her with the same suggestion. When the booking was made I received a written (email) description of my obligations and what to expect.
Mercury, and specifically Tracy, followed up through loading, communication, transport, and delivery.
The transportation was satisfactory and seamless. I liked the driver who was sensitive to my needs.
I am very likely to utilize Mercury again, and hope it will continue to be Tracy
