I had no idea how car transport worked and it became overwhelming to choose the right carrier for my car. Of all the quotes and information I received by email, Mercury inspired the most confidence. Broker Alex Miller took the time to explain me how this whole process works and what things I should look for and expect. No gimmicks, no tricks to try to get my business. In the end I chose Mercury and I'm glad I did. I paid exactly what I was told, no hidden fees or charges, and they were able to find me a carrier to transport my car the same day I bought it from the dealership. Car arrived safely two days later. The carrier they were able to find me was just as excellent. Communication was excellent, day and night. If you are looking for transport for your car, you can't go wrong with Mercury.
