First of all I will start getting referred to an agent named Jake Horner. Unlike other companies I contacted once I talked to Jake that was the only person I had to deal with. From the beginning and until
the car was picked up he kept me updated. At times when the pick up date was getting close he reminded me how many days before the pick up. At first I felt it was a bit much but it made sense because if anything changed I would know immediately.
I can not mention Jake without saying that the car carrier he arranged was top notch. Mc Collister Auto Transport came a day early and arrived in five days. Overall I was happy with the service from Jake and company
